David,

I am sending my initial outline for approval.  It is an attachment an a
MS Windoze txt and also included in the body of this message.  In doing
the research, there seem to be some list archives calling this a
Headless Linux Box.  Since documentation exists in the form of list
archives hinting another name, should I rename this the Headless Linux
HOWTO or keep the Server Appliance HOWTO title?
