i18n-meta-glossary

Hi all,

On latest LDP meeting I exposed an idea that could be the starting point
of a close cooperation between various actors of the free documentation.
There is something that we all have in common (or at least should): the
vocabulary.

It is why I propose that we begin maintaining an i18n-meta-glossary
gathering definitions of technical terms we frequently use in
documentation, but are not always very clear to the reader or even the
writer.

My practical proposal:

- a CVS repository
- Docbook SGML 3.1 (the most common I think)
- frame for all languages.
- CVS write access would be granted to one people of each organization
interested in participating
- smart use of comments to ensure technical and language proofreading
quality.
