They may however be interested in using our RPMs with sligh
modifications in the future.

I would like to see for ex. a sgml2rpm-XXX, automatically creating a
.rpm in the XXX output (html, txt...)

If no one wants to do this, I can work on it ; I don't know debian
format so I can't do it.
