Bravo!

The Authoring Guide has really come along well in the last few weeks. Mark, I'd
really appreciate hearing from you on what shortcomings you think still need to
be addressed.

I think a section listing some common DocBook tags and their recommended usage
would be a Good Thing. I'm especially interested in the indexing aspects. It
would be really nice to be able to generate an index for the entire LDP based
on the markup.
