Is anyone maintaining the IPchains howto?

Hello,

I have read and used the IPChains HOWTO,  however there were a few
points I wanted to contact the author about,  so that the HOWTO could
be improved.

I tried to email the address given in the howto, but there is not even
any MX records for the given domain (rustcorp.com).

I also notice that it has been over a year since it was last updated.

Is anyone currently maintaining the IPChains howto?
