updated token ring howto not on ldp

FWIW - In looking for help with a problem building a ethernet > token
ring router for one of our schools I found that there is a much newer
Token Ring mini HowTo at:

http://www.linuxtr.net/newhowto/Token-Ring.html

I am unaware of the normal procedures in getting data of this type
updated but as I've not found the updated file on any other howto site
including LDP I thought it was worth mentioning to folks who can
potentially do something about it.
