I think we agree, if no update was submitted after 1 year, we should
mail the author.

We previously talked about this, we need a volunteer which can host
howto-author.linuxdoc mail on a fixed ip.

This would include :
 - updating the database with alias of the new maintainers
 - creating a new alias for each new document

Therefore I think the volunteer should be subscribed to ldp-discuss.
