Using SGML

Now that I have sgml-tools.1.15 running, how do I get it to work?

The problem, an exerpt from my document reads:

 1 ...
 2 processing the I/O data stream as a Linux machine.

 4 These tc* commands are:
 5     int tcgetattr( int filedes, struct termios *termios_p );
 6     int tcsetattr( int filedes, int optional_actions,
 7                    const struct termios *termios_p );
 8 instead of:
 9     int ioctl( int filedes, int command, const struct &termios );

11 where command is TCGETS or one of TCSETS, TCSETSW or TCSETSF.

13 The TCSETS command is comparable to the TCSANOW

where:
line  1 preceding discussion
line  2 is in the default font and at the left margin
line  3 is a single blank line
line  4 is in the default font, at the left margin with 'tc*' is in itlics
line  5 is in typwriter font indented 5 characters with 'filedes' and
        '*termios_p' are in italics
line  6 is in typwriter font indented 5 characters with 'filedes' and
        'optional_actions' in italics
line  7 is in typewriter font and indented to align one space to the
        right of the parenthesis in the previous line and with
        '*termios_p' in italics
line  8 is in the fefault font and at the left margin
line  9 is in typwriter font indented 5 characters with 'filedes',
        'command' and '*termios' are in italics
line 10 is a single blank line
line 11 is in the default font and at the left margin with 'command'
        in italics
line 12 is a single blank line
line 13 is in the default font and at the left margin with 'command'
        in italics
line 14 continuing discussion

All solutions will be sincerely appreciated.
