ANN: LDP web site change

Somewhat minor change, but I split off the LDP Guides into their
own page (http://www.linuxdoc.org/guides.html) and cleaned up
the HTML on both the new Guides page and the existing Docs page
(http://www.linuxdoc.org/docs.html).

Should make for faster access to those hitting the Docs page,
and the new guides page.

A reference/link to where the Guides now "reside" is included in
the Docs page (plus all links updated/changed where necessary, etc.).

Is this a good alias for announcing such (web site-related) changes?
