Also, due to problems with entities not resolving for DocBook
SGML entries (and the lack of a generated table of contents),
I have created an initial LDP DSSSL stylesheet to override
certain default processing instructions in the default DocBook
DSSSL styles.

All DocBook HOWTOs and the Linux-FAQ (also now in DocBook) have
