- Add solid, dashed, dotted, and double separator styles.
- Anchor dashed and dotted marks at both ends of every separator segment so
  the decoration reaches the exact segment bottom, with the remaining space
  distributed equally between all marks.
- Add an optional TikZ custom-line renderer compatible with
  `multicolrule`'s `(TOP)`/`(BOT)` convention.
- Add `extend-top`, `extend-bot`, `expand`, and `shift` with `multicolrule`
  semantics.
- Keep `paracol`'s native segment boundaries unchanged when all extensions are
  zero; no font-dependent endpoint correction is applied implicitly.
- Preserve `paracol` page breaks and spanning-text interruptions by replacing
  individual rule segments rather than the complete separator box.
- Preserve standard `\columnseprule` geometry and `\colseprulecolor` handling.
- Add a public custom-renderer hook.
