- Resubmission to CRAN after the package was archived on 2025-03-14
because its dependency ‘scDHA’ had been archived. ‘scDHA’ is back on
CRAN; scCAN now requires scDHA (>= 1.2.0).
- Reduced the installed package size by optimizing the vignette
images.
- Removed a call to
closeAllConnections() in
find_markers() that could close connections opened by the
user; parallel::stopCluster() already cleans up.
- Minor documentation fixes (removed a duplicated
@param
entry, clarified why the scCAN() example is not run, added
URL/BugReports fields).
