- Minor improvements to documentation.
- Using the
piggyback package in the vignette “Dealing
with DSV files” caused an “API rate limit exceeded” error when accessing
the examples files stored in a GitHub repository. To avoid this problem,
the code has been modified implementing a function that downloads the
files from their static URL.
- Fixed bug in
file_schema_dsv() and
dbTableFromDSV() when 1A character is present in the DSV
file.

dbTableFromDSV() is called with
skip > 0 among the parameters passed to
scan.

nlines from the DSV file by chunk_size

- Added support for automatic conversion of percentage numbers
(i.e. numeric strings ending with
%) in DSV files.
- In function
file_schema_dsv() added the
all_na column to the schema of the DSV file, which
indicates whether all values in a column are NA.

- Fixed bug in
dbExecFile(): it now supports quoting
marks inside quoted strings.
