Gene diversity and effective population size. The founder table also reports Gene Diversity (GD) beside FG -- the expected heterozygosity still retained from the founding gene pool, over the same analysis set. The separate Effective Population Size block reports two effective sizes (Sex-Ratio Ne and Variance Ne) over the current living breeders -- the living animals that appear as a sire or dam -- which is a different (usually smaller) population than the analysis set summarized by the founder statistics. Each is defined, with its formula and its idealizing assumptions, in the Population Genetics Terms reference panel at the bottom of this tab.
Kinship overrides. If you uploaded outside-information kinship overrides on the Genetic Value tab, the relationship table and the kinship CSV export on this page show the overridden kinship value, but the relationship label stays pedigree-derived (it is computed from pedigree structure, not from the kinship value). A pair can therefore show a relationship label that does not match its overridden value. Such pairs are flagged with an overridden column in the exported relationships table, so you can see which rows carry an outside-information value.
